The 31st January 2015, saw the official birth of Vukani Cycling Club with the first AGM held at the Christ Centred Chapel of Grace in Centurion. This is where the constitution , the founding statement were adopted and office bearers elected.

In the weeks following the 31st January 2015, the club grew in numbers, and has been made a real entrance to the cycling fraternity. On the 19th April, the club took part in the Emperors palace race for the first time as a club decked in the official colours. This was a momentous occasion as this was the first time that the club went out in public as a brand.

Team Vukani is growing every day, reaching for greater heights and re-writing history in more ways than one. By the end of 2015, the club would have had a hospitality set up at a number of key races, would have organized a successful cycle tour to Amashova with a support from sponsors, organised a team to compete at the Double Century and supported a charity at Momentum Cycle Challenge 947 amongst other achievements.
